Firstly...DON'T BE SCARED OFF... you don't have to be a super athlete to partake in these weekend boot camps- although if you are that is ok!

Weekend Boot Camps & 4-DAY DETOX

Begins- Friday Afternoon/Evening

Ends- Sunday late afternoon/Evening OR Monday 1pm

Each weekend is limited to only 7 guests.

You are more than welcome to book yourself in for more than one weekend.

 

What does boot camp involve?

Boot camp involves a series of training activities and techniques to push you beyond your limits. The trainers will bear in mind that we all have different fitness levels and we will cater for all fitness levels.

But the training aspect is not all that is important.

The team spirit, the character bonding, the continued encouragement from the other participants and your trainers and the will, strength and mind power to get through every activity is what truly is rewarding. Overcoming those mental challenges of thinking "you can't do it" but then you get through with flying colors. It is amazing how many get through it in leaps and bounds. Overcoming these physical challenges instill a positive mind set when you return to your every day life and are seriously life changing.

You will be worked to your comfortable fitness level and beyond.

Who can do the boot camp?

Everyone is welcome!

Come along with your friends, partner, or work group.

It is a great way for work colleagues to come together in a physically fun, safe and relaxed enviroment- all in one!

What does the weekend involve?

The weekend starts off easy and gets progressively harder as each hour goes by...

There is alot of relaxing activities to balance the hard work out too.

ENJOY- Yoga/Pilates/Stretching classes every day

ENJOY-Spa treatments/Acupuncture and Massage every day

Your itinerary-

Arrive Friday and start of with a gentle workout, according to your fitness level. Following this you will enjoy a stretch to music class.

Saturday begins with a bang of warming up and working out for a 1.5 hour session.

Following this is a light gentle workout at 16th beach for a further couple of hours. It is so serene that you wont even notice the time go by.

Saturday afternoon is all about stretching and breath work, and an intense Yoga class follows.

Saturday night is your night of spa indulgence and each and every one of you will enjoy a Spa treatment and 1-hour Detox, Lymphatic Drain massage. This will aid the body in pushing out all the metabolic byproducts (lactic acid) that have accumulated with exercise.

Sunday morning involves a further 1.5 hour training session, followed by a gentle workout at the beach and stretching. The gentle workout involves more strength and toning exercises.

Sunday afternoon finishes with a Deep Tissue Remedial Massage, and Chinese Herbal tonic prepared just for you to recuperate from the intense weekend.

Enjoy the spa bath for a while longer before checking out...
