BOOTCAMP RETREAT INSTRUCTOR- KEVIN HUGHES & ROB
LOBOSCO
Kevin Hughes began his love of fitness at age 7 at the
local ‘youth centre’ and by age 16 he was coaching the juniors in
basic fitness techniques including gymnastics. Over the past 20
years Kevin has been working in logistics for large corporations,
most of this time has been spent with people, training and
motivating them. Having studied personality types and body
language, Kevin really knows how to get individuals moving.
Lighten Up Health & Fitness was established after years of
observation and frustration at the poor techniques observed in
gyms. As the founder of Lighten Up Health & Fitness, Kevin
knows that gyms can be intimidating places for many people which is
why his programs are flexible in delivery. Kevin’s goal is to get
you fit for everyday life!
Kevin’s bootcamps will draw your motivation, will and desire
from within and help you challenge and support you to do things you
never thought possible.
While a hard workout will produce some amazing results Kevin
believes that enjoyment should always be the key motivator. Kevin’s
unique approach will ensure you have fun while you are achieving.
“Be serious about your goal but don’t take yourself too seriously,
lighten up, have fun and get fit”.
